To make sure we deliver what you need, we have developed a three-step process for creating relevant and practical packages tailor-made for your needs.

A representative of SMC will:
  1. Meet with you, by phone or in person to determine your organization's specific objectives.


  3. Conduct a pre-training analysis or needs assessment.


  5. Design a relevant and specific workshop curriculum that addresses these needs.


  7. Feedback from you, the client, will ensure that the program, the tools and the facilitator meet YOUR needs.


  9. Delivery includes an interactive mix teaching methods, including case studies, videos, and group exercises to facilitate learning, and encourage shared experiences.


  11. Participant workbooks will note key points, accommodate supplementary materials, and provide space for individual note-taking and learning. These workbooks serve as reference for participants upon completion of a workshop.
