The Diploma Program in Professional Development for Managers is a four module 8-day program, for core supervisors or those who have first-line supervisors reporting to them. The emphasis is on the ability to lead, to understand labour relations and the negotiation processes and the ability to bring about change in the organization.

Managing Change and Understanding Business Ethics moves beyond the basics of change to motivate stakeholders, to envision what the organization could be, and to identify best practices for connecting the dots.

In addition, participants are encouraged to follow-up the workshop by organizing a site visit to the workplace of one of their new colleagues, for the purpose of benchmarking and gaining new insights into the world of work.
