Our in-house seminars are based on learning outcomes, expectations or predetermined learning objectives, which are grounded in adult learning principles that state adults learn more effectively with the opportunity to learn at their own pace and in an active environment. Our seminars provide a participative nature, give ample time for feedback and hands-on experience through the use of short talks, videos, role-playing, individual and group activities and case studies. Training can consist of pre-course work, as well as follow-up evaluations and/or sessions.
